Gravitate integration services

Make Gravitate the
center of the operation.

We help fuel carriers and retailers build the systems around Gravitate: Crossroads connectivity, dispatch visibility, delivery records, tank intelligence, billing, and the focused tools teams need to move faster.

Gravitate Crossroads

Crossroads support for
retailer and carrier teams.

Crossroads is Gravitate’s carrier-to-retailer connectivity layer. It gives trading partners a shared workflow for the information that has traditionally moved through custom integrations, portals, inboxes, and phone calls.

Whether a retailer is bringing less-technical carrier partners onto the network or a carrier is connecting its customer base, Riyex is building Crossroads implementation expertise to make real-time exchange dependable.

Inside the operation

Supply & Dispatch API support.

Extend Gravitate inside your organization with the operating views, integrations, and automation your team needs around supply and dispatch.

01

Dispatch and exception views

Turn Supply & Dispatch data into focused operating views that show the loads, assignments, exceptions, and decisions your team needs to act on.

  • Orders
  • Assignments
  • ETAs
  • Exceptions
02

Retailer supply and tank intelligence

Turn tank readings, demand, planned drops, and runout signals into an operational view. Supply and dispatch teams see the tanks that need attention before they become an outage or a missed sale.

  • Tank levels
  • Runout
  • Demand
  • Planned drops
03

Shared delivery records

Connect completion records, bills of lading, volumes, and delivery measurements to the systems both sides use to price, invoice, report, and answer questions.

  • BOLs
  • Drops
  • Volumes
  • Movement history
04

Carrier operations and customer tools

Build the focused tools Gravitate data makes possible: exception queues, dispatch boards, customer portals, compliance workflows, and back-office automation.

The operational problem

Your Gravitate system has the facts. The rest of the operation needs them.

Gravitate knows the order, the truck, the delivery, and the tank. But those facts often need to move across customer, carrier, accounting, and operating systems. Riyex builds the integration layer so information moves with the load instead of through inboxes and phone calls.

How we build

Built for the
day after launch.

  1. 01

    Start with the handoff

We map the business event that gets stuck between retailer and carrier: an order, an ETA, a completed drop, or a BOL that needs to reach accounting.

  2. 02

Keep the source of truth clear

Gravitate remains the dispatch system of record. We build the connections and operating views around it without creating a competing ledger.

  3. 03

    Make failure visible

Integrations need a queue, an audit trail, and a useful recovery path. A silent sync failure is not an integration strategy.

A mid-market fuel carrier had tank-level inventory in Gravitate but no single operations view for finding low tanks across its customer base. We built a dispatch NOC dashboard that puts 20,000+ active tanks in priority order, so operators can spot inventory risk and turn it into the next delivery.

TCEQ delivery certificates commonly expire at month-end, turning 5,500+ Texas stores into a last-day compliance fire drill. We connected the Texas Open Data Portal to Gravitate so every site's delivery-certificate date updates nightly. One refresh surfaced 100 expired tanks before the next day's deliveries, avoiding up to $1M in potential fine exposure in a single day.

After three production systems together, the same mid-market fuel carrier handed Riyex the AI leadership seat. As fractional Chief AI Officer we own the vision, the roadmap, and the governance for becoming the AI leader in fuel logistics. Early days, and we say so. The plan ships first; the wins get measured after.

A managed TMS integration platform

Today, every fuel carrier builds and maintains its own connection to each retailer's systems. Manifold is designed so a carrier connects once, and we build and run the connections to each retailer. Orders, status updates, and invoices move without re-keying, and retailers can bring their carriers on board the same way.

It's early, and we're building it alongside the carriers and retailers who will use it. If integrations are eating your team's time, we'd love to hear what Manifold should handle first.
