These terms govern your use of riyex.com (the "Site"), operated by Riyex ("Riyex," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is informational
The Site describes who we are and what we do. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or professional advice, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. Engagements are governed solely by a separate written agreement (such as a master services agreement and statement of work) signed by Riyex and the client. If those documents conflict with these terms, those documents control for the engagement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by scraping at a scale that degrades service, or by introducing malware.
- Reverse engineer or copy the Site's code or design except as the law allows.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content (text, design, graphics, logos, and the "Riyex" name and marks) are owned by Riyex or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the Site for your own informational use. Client names, logos, and marks shown in case studies remain the property of their owners and appear with permission or as permitted by law.
Third-party links
The Site links to sites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its content is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riyex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Riyex harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
