Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
Riyex ("Riyex," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit riyex.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the Site only. Work we do under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement and its confidentiality terms.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us or otherwise reach out, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it to respond and to follow up about your inquiry.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider records standard technical data when you load a page: IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. This supports security, performance, and basic, aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use it to build profiles of individual visitors.
Cookies and local storage. The Site runs without advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We may store a small preference (such as theme) in your browser. Any analytics we use is privacy-respecting and aggregate.
How we use information
- Respond to your messages and provide the services you ask about.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- Understand traffic in aggregate so we can make the Site more useful.
- Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How we share information
We share information only with:
- Service providers who run the Site on our behalf, such as our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare), under terms that limit their use of the data to providing those services.
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- A successor, if Riyex is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice of any change to this policy.
Data retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business records, then delete or anonymize it. Technical logs are retained on a short, rolling basis by our providers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hi@riyex.com. We will respond within the time the law requires and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International visitors
Riyex is based in the United States and the Site is operated from the U.S. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Third-party links
The Site links to other sites (such as our LinkedIn and GitHub profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; review their policies separately.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
